Summer Workouts

Summer workouts will include all football players entering 6th grade through 12th grade. They will be on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 6 to 8 pm. We will have no workouts on June 23rd through July 4th. We consider these two weeks to be our dead weeks and request that families make their plans to be out of t0wn on those weeks. Workouts will be on the following dates: May 27, 29, June 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 12, 16, 17, 19, July 7, 8, 14, 15, 17, and 21.
We will have team camp on July 10-12 and July 22-24th. We will also attend Camp For Christ on June 7th.

Workouts will consist of one hour of strength training and one hour of football specific speed work and conditioning. We firmly believe that the offseason workout helps prepare our kids for the rigours of the season and helps prevent injury.
