Workouts

I said I'd get some workout stuff up by Monday evening, but I neglected to get it done.  Sorry about that, I hope there wasn't too much problem.  Here's some of the workout:

25 Crunches
25 Chimneys
20 Leg lifts
20 Cross-crunches (each side)
20 Full Sit-ups
3 reps each side for about 30 seconds per rep Side Stabilizers

Some of the other things we do are:

Hang-Cleans
Bench Press
Thrusters
Swings
Hang Clean & Jerk
Burpees - OH YEAH!
Wall Ball
Air Squats
Back Squats
Front Squats
Overhead Squats
Push Jerks
Mason Lunges

Remember all the things we do outside too.  Bag jumps, Dots, Line drills, Cone Drills, Tire Flips, Ladder Drills, Hoop Drills, etc.  Do some daily to keep your conditioning up!
