Physicals

We will be offering physicals from our favorite friendly neighborhood Dr./Coach on Thursday night (July 22).  Middle school at 6:00 PM, High school at 7:00 PM.  Please have the physical form filled out and signed by a parent when you get there.  Also, if the player is going into the 7th, 8th, or 9th grade, the Doctor needs to see a shot record in order to complete the physical.  Additional physical forms can be printed off from TSSAA.org.
