Afternoon Workouts!

For now, we'll have afternoon workouts on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons only.  That might change in the future, but for now we'll just have three days a week.  I have also worked hard on putting together a workout for our kids.  My research has lead me to change some of the ideas I had before.  In the end, I have go with what the studies show gets the best results.  That's what I have tried to do with this workout.  I have permanently attached a link to the workout in the sidebar to the right just under the Booster Club link.
