Parent/Player Schedule for the Tournament & Needs

I've been looking at the schedule for this coming weekend's tournament. I've placed everyone in a time slot with a focus on getting Middle School parents in the morning & the Varsity parents in the evening. I've designated this by putting "M" for Middle School & "V" for Varsity followed by the number of the player for who's family will fill this spot. Coach Creasy will be there all day as well.

8AM-10AM:  M61, M51, M83, V13
10-12: M55, M10, M32
12-2: M73, M66, M85, M8, M42
2-4: M88, M11, M18, M89, V33
4-6: V5, V12, M17, V65, V75
6-8: V55, V60, V4, V22

If the time we gave you doesn't work well, ask around & try to get someone to switch with you. Everyone who comes to work will be used to sell concessions, help give out tournament shirts, be a game administrator and/or help setup televisions/systems. Assignments coming soon.

We are also asking the middle school parents to come setup the 4 game areas this Friday night. There will be further instructions ASAP. The varsity parents will help with take down & clean up on Saturday.

There are a few more things we need before Saturday:

We need to borrow at least 6 XBox 360 consoles (with your names clearly marked on them) by Friday at 3 PM.

10 XBox 360 Controllers (with your names clearly marked on them) by Friday at 3 PM.

4 Copies of NCAA Football 2013 (names on the box)

$15-20 Door Prizes (we only have 3 so far). Deadline for door prizes is Wednesday!

Sign-up for a tournament shirt for $10 by 10 AM Monday.
