We Reached One of Our Goals!

We were able to sign up 24 contestants in our NCAA 2013 Football XBox360 Tournament on August 25th. There are several more deadlines to come in preparation for the tournament.

Friday August 17th is the deadline for all sponsorships to be turned in.
Monday, August 20th is the deadline to sign up for a tournament shirt ($10). You can get one by bringing Coach Creasy $10 and telling him your shirt size (make him write it down)!
Wednesday, August 22 is the deadline to turn in the door prizes.

We do have 7 spots left in the tournament if there is anyone else who is interested in playing but the absolute cutoff will be Monday August 20th.

My plan as of right now is to go down the player/parent list & similar to concession workers, assign times and places. If there are conflicts, feel free to find someone to exchange times with. I'd like for our "competition rooms" (Landers McClarty Toyota SEC Room etc.) to be decorated/setup on Friday night before by our middle school parents/players & clean up to be conducted by the high school parents/players. With that in mind, I'm planning on the majority of middle school parents/players working the morning & the high school parents/players in the afternoon/evening sessions to save on trips. Obviously we are flexible.

Also, outside food & drinks will not be allowed throughout the tournament.

Also mark your calendars for the Middle Tennessee Flag Football Tournament on Saturday, November 3rd! Please tell your youth ministers/directors at church to mark that date as well.
