I let things get a little out of hand as far as cleanliness in the dressing room is concerned. I regret that this has occurred, it does not represent our school or our program well. Please help me in correcting this. Coach Creasy and I have already put in some time cleaning and beginning to organize the dressing room some. What we need now is all the kids' equipment turned in. We would like for players to bring their washed uniforms and pads and put them inside (in the storage space under the seat) their lockers. Place helmet and shoulder pads on the seat. Add a piece of tape with the player's name on the seat. We will check the equipment in from there. This needs to be done by Friday of this week!
Also, anything that was left in the floor has already been collected and put in appropriate piles, but NOT CHECKED IN FOR ANY PLAYER. If a player had something in the floor, he needs to collect it from the stacks WITHOUT MESSING UP THE STACKS and put it in his locker for check-in. If there is anything missing from the player's locker, he will be charged for the item and held accountable for the missing item or items. Everything MUST be in their locker to be checked in.
Finally, any personal items (from the locker or from the pile on the table that was gathered from the floor) need to be removed. Any personal items, clothes, etc. left behind after this Friday will be thrown away. There is a lot that was in the floor. Things like jackets, shoes, socks, shirts, etc. If it has been missing, chances are that it it in the dressing room. Also, please dispose of any trash in lockers as well. Once equipment has been checked in, the lockers will be cleaned, vacuumed, and repaired if needed.
I hope I have explained the procedure well enough. If there is any confusion, please email me directly or see Coach Creasy at school.
