Flag Football Update

We are a week out from the flag football tournament and it looks like we will have great participation this year. So far we have the following churches:

 

Highland Park CoC (Muscle Shoals, AL)
Guntersville CoC (Guntersville, AL)
RCC/RCA Football (Fayetteville, TN)
Washington St. CoC (Fayetteville, TN)
North Broad St./Iglesias de Cristo (Albertville, AL)
Hazel Green United Methodist Church (Hazel Green, AL)
Monrovia church of Christ (Madison, AL)

 

As I've stated before we will be needing parents to help if at all possible through next week and on Saturday. I'm planning on putting a schedule together similar to the Video Game Tournament we had this past fall. I'm planning on reversing the order with the High School parents serving in the morning & Middle School in the afternoon/evening. I wanted to give you a chance to volunteer for whatever you'd like to do first or let me know what times would be better for you to help so I won't be putting the schedule out until Monday. Please if you have a preference contact me before then. Also it'll be first come first serve on the preferences. Here are the positions we need filled on Saturday: Concessions, registration help (early morning) referees (preferably 3 per field per game), time keepers, score keepers, hot chocolate dispensers & video/photographers. Connie Nedeau has taken the lead on concessions (A huge thank you, Connie) but will need help throughout the day. Time & score will be kept on a stopwatch/notebook so you won't need knowledge of the scoreboard to do this activity. If you can't work on Saturday but can help in the week leading up to the tournament, I'll need help painting & setting up the field. We also need donations of hot chocolate. Thanks for all you do & I will be in touch.
