First off, I want to thank all the guys for making the last two weeks of spring football so great. We got better for sure. Just wanted to touch base with some reminders for events coming up.
"Max Monday" is Monday night at 5:30 to 7:00 PM. If at all possible the boys need to be here so we can set their goal for the end of the Summer. We will have another date during at the end of Summer workouts to see if the boys meet their goal, so Monday really sets the tone. Also I need all of the boys, t-shirt sizes & athletic short sizes as well. I will also need all equipment turned in by Monday as well,Varsity should be bringing their clothe home today. We will also be doing some conditioning Monday evening too so they need to be ready to go outside for those activities. I hope to also have the "fence sign" forms as well.
As Summer workouts begin, I also need those dates the guys will be missing due to various other activities going along with some detail so I can know how to access their accoutability reps (even if you've told me prior, please send them to make sure). Remember, it is not punishment it's just making up what they miss. I want the boys to have a great Summer but Fall is a coming and I want them to be in tip top shape so we can be successful together as a team. I also want to encourage them to do push-ups, set-ups & other various at home workouts on their "off days" because that is what champions do. I also want your help in encouraging them to eat healthier & drink plenty of water.
