Obviously it was great to see a lot of the hard work pay off Friday night with a win. Thanks to Michael Hall we had great video footage to learn from & get better this week. One thing for sure we need to work on is getting the boys better hydrated through the week. I was talking to Dr. Trahin and he said to be properly hydrated the boys need to drink as many ounces as half their body weight. I'll work on it in practice as well.
My plan was to begin morning workouts this week but along with Bradley's issues & automobile problems we will have to postpone till next week. Right now the plan is to workout on Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 6:30 AM.
For those who'd like to follow me to the JV game on Saturday will need to meet me at the school at Noon. The address is as follows:

September 3: MS vs. LCS: Durhams, Coopers, Gleghorns
September 20: Varsity vs. FCS: Caldwells, Kites
September 24th: JV vs. FCS Mills, Forchetti, Eldridge, Finch
September 27: Varsity vs. FCA: Bates, Faulkner
October 1: MS vs. SAS: Pearsons, Eakes, Wootens
October 4: Varsity vs. EA: Honeys, Galyens
October 25: Varsity Playoff
I will be working on a practice/clean-up schedule for the next month. Due to some kids always doing the cleaning & others leaving, I will be posting specific names for clean-up duty this time around.
Due to the crazy weekend there have been somethings slip through the cracks but I'm getting back and marking them off the list gradually. I appreciate so much those who have missed practice, made up their accountability reps with no complaining. I still have a few working through those and some who have not started but will soon. I also wanted to let you know about a policy we have implemented. If a player receives an unsportsmanlike penalty they will sit out 15 plays and run 8 gassers. If upon watching the film we feel that a player was out of line, the 15 plays will be assessed the following week along with the 8 gassers. Just wanted to let you know of that new rule that will be put in force this week.
I hope to have the practice schedule to you this week. Thanks for your patience. God bless!
