Dear Parents,
We will have a full varsity practice today (till 5:30) and a walk-through tomorrow (till 4 PM). I had attempted to come up with some activity to do tomorrow night as a team but a few had plans already so a few of us may go eat together tomorrow following practice.
We will have a pregame meal ($5) this Saturday no earlier than 11 AM, and the bus is scheduled to leave at Noon. Kickoff is at 2 PM at St. Andrews-Sewanee (290 Quintard Road Sewanee, TN). I'll try to be at the field house by 10:45. There aren't a whole lot of bleachers at St. Andrews so you may want to bring a chair. Just to let you know, SAS is having a "Pink Out" game this Saturday.
Following the game, we will eat at the Sewanee Cafeteria if it is open so the boys may want to bring their Knight gear given to them at the beginning of the year.
For the rest of our season, we will be getting together on Sundays to watch film at 2 PM (till 3:30) to prepare for the playoffs. If there is a pre-planned church event/family event scheduled for this time, it will be an excused absence with no penalty. If there is anyway they can be there, they need to be in attendance.
We may be hosting a playoff game next week so we need some volunteers to help paint thie field and work concessions so if you'd be willing to help let me know.
After looking at the schedule yet again, I've had to move our alternate date for the football banquet to Tuesday November 5th at 7 PM. We will let you know for sure on October 31st. Thanks for all you do!
