Tournament Volunteer Schedule Update

Dear parents,

I hope this email finds everyone safe and sound. I know there has been damage amongst the RCA family and extended family. I want to offer our help if there is a way we can help. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there is anything we can do. Also if you are rebuilding I don't expect you to be looking at your email for the next few days so just get back to me when you can.

As far as things look now, we will still have our flag football tournament on Saturday. Wanted to touch base about those who have and haven't contacted me about helping out. Once again, I expect our Varsity football guys to be there Saturday as long as possible. Here are the folks I've heard from who are available. 

The Swinfords 7:30-10 AM

Shawn Honey

The Coopers (morning)

Coach Whitworth

Angela Steelman 7:30-Noon

The Durhams

The Finchs

Coach Woodard (Faulkner University WR coach) 8 AM-1PM

If I haven't heard from you, even if you're not available please let me know.  If you can work at any point during the day (even if it is just an hour) that would be awesome! Just send me a time frame, position you'd rather work and I'll get it set up. We need registration people (7:30-8:30 AM), refs, time keepers, concession workers, & score keepers! I'm going to try and make a schedule and email it to everyone by tomorrow.
