I hope all is well. Things have went great this week and we have a great group to work with. I wanted once again encourage the consumption of water. The boys will be sweating a lot over the next few months as they get into football shape and they need to be replacing that every time they drink. I also wanted to encourage them to get some activity in on our non-workout days as well. Jogging or running, sit-ups & pushups would be a great light workout for those days.
Mainly I wanted to get the boys' t-shirt & workout shorts sizes. If you could get those to me ASAP that would be great! Hope you all have a great weekend and I'll see you on Monday!
