Off Season Workouts January-February 2015

I hope everyone had a great break and holiday! I'm ready to get back to work, spending time with your kiddos and preparing for next season. We will start workouts back tomorrow at 3 PM. We will go till 4:15. Over the next few weeks we may start doing some work outside so the boys need to come prepared for that possibility. Also some comfortable running shoes might be needed on some days as well. 

Starting on Friday January 23rd, I'll start offering workouts on Fridays as well. I've enjoyed seeing the boys get stronger over the time between November and December. I can't wait to see how much we get done from January to May leading into Spring practice. Once again if the boys are not participating in any other sports they desperately need to be with us getting stronger. Every team we play is doing the same thing right now.

Also a reminder to mark your calendars for

May 2- Middle Tennessee Flag Football Tournament
We will need refs, time keepers, field liners, score keepers, photographers, registration people & concession workers. We'd love for your church to field a team as well!

May 4-8: Middle School Spring Football Practice
May 11-15: Varsity Spring Football Practice (Spring Game on the 15th)
