For those of you who may not have made the meeting, I'm not requiring the players to wear "Guardian Caps" but I am encouraging them for practice at least. If they wear them in the game that is up to you. These caps can't completely protect from concussions but they do cut down on 33% of any impact which along with proper technique significantly reduces the possibility.
