Summer Workouts

I have updated the summer workouts in the side bar (to the right).  If you scroll down a bit, you will see the posting complete with a link to the workout.  This is what we will be doing on Tuesday and Thursday nights.  We will break the middle school and the high school each into two groups.  While the high school gets some speed training and competes one group verses the other in agility and plyometric drills, the middle school will be working out.  One middle school group will lift on the purple track and one will lift on the gold track.  The next week, the next time we do the same workout, the groups will switch to the opposite track.  Half-way through the workout session, high school and middle school groups will swap over and high school will lift in purple and gold tracks while middle school will get speed training and compete in agilities and plyometrics.  Notice that the workouts are focused on lower body (page 2 and 3) for one day, and focused on whole body for the other (page 4 and 5).  This is for a two day/week workout.  Also notice that the middle school and high school set and rep schemes for lifting are different.  With high school we are focusing more on strength development while with middle school we are focusing more on mobility development and form perfection.

I'm still working on a calendar to publish.  I wanted to wait on some details before I put something out.  I want to get it as right as possible so we can make as few changes as possible later on.  Stay tuned!
